Booking Terms and Conditions

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required. The remaining funds are due up to 14 days prior to your stay. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment at the booking stage.

In the event of you cancelling your stay, then the following policy is applied-

If the cancellation is more than two weeks before arrival and the balance has not been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.

Alternatively the deposit can be off-set against a holiday to be taken at a different date later in the year, subject to availability and a £50 handling charge.

If the cancellation is more than two weeks before arrival and the balance has been paid then the total cost of the holiday will be refunded, less the deposit and a handling charge of £50.

If the cancellation is at least 7 days prior to check in, then 50% of the total amount will be refunded, less a handling charge of £50.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.

Cancellation / Insurance

Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on confirmation email. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance broker. In the event of severe weather or a pandemic we reserve the right to reschedule a booking to another date of equivalent value and convenient with the hirer.

Arrival and Departure

Bookings are from 1500 on the day of arrival to 1100 on the day of departure.

Pets

Unfortunately NO Pets are allowed.
